Logophobia by Kris Caballero

Fifth official poem written in response to the on-going illiteracy crisis. In spite of the 'phobias' being uttered in everyday debates, this may find usage in our vernacular soon. Perhaps it's this—irrational—fear being the reason people can't read? Was this partially caused by excessive social media, and phone/tablet, usage? It may also explain why people aren't having conversations on the daily. Written in satire, this poem runs through, in first person, the odd reaction one may have that come along over someone having a fear of letters/words strung together to convey something—written nor spoken.
